OKAY SEE is operated by Östkust Customs AB (reg. no. 559346-2525). Östkust Customs AB may be referred to as “OKAY SEE”, “us”, or “we”. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on www.okay-see.com.

Ordering

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address containing all relevant information, including products, price, billing details, and delivery address. Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately at contact@okay-see.com so we can attempt to correct them before the order is dispatched.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without liability. If an order is not accepted, you will receive a full refund using the same payment method originally used.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days. If there is any delay, we will notify you. Delivery times are estimates based on shipping carrier information.

Please note that local import charges such as customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

When purchasing goods from our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your item. We accept returns of unused items and will refund the item price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, you must email contact@okay-see.com and include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return. The returned item must be sent in its original packaging and properly protected.

You are responsible for the condition of the item during return shipping. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

If you fail to collect your package or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address that was not corrected before dispatch, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be refunded for the product, minus shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products that have been specifically produced for you.

Complaints

All products are inspected before shipment. If your product is damaged during delivery, you should contact us at contact@okay-see.com with a photo of the defect, a photo of the packaging, and your order number. We will assist you in replacing the defective item free of charge.

You must contact us and receive approval before returning any defective item. Complaints must be submitted within two days of discovering the defect.

If we are unable to repair or replace the item, you will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is not deemed defective under current legislation.

We follow the guidelines of the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN). EU customers may also submit complaints through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

Please note that while our products are durable, they include genuine glass components and are not unbreakable. Damage caused by customer handling after delivery will not be covered if the product arrived intact.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the use of our products. We are also not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or supplier issues.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Product Information

We do not guarantee that product images perfectly reflect the actual appearance of items, as color variations may occur depending on screen settings and image quality. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on the website.

Prices are those applicable at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and previous pricing does not guarantee future pricing.

Ownership of goods remains with OKAY SEE until full payment has been received. Products are intended for personal use only, and resale is not permitted without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, graphics, logos, and text are the intellectual property of OKAY SEE or used with permission. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Press inquiries for high-resolution images can be directed to contact@okay-see.com.
